Bios

• Ms Fran

  Originally from the Chicago area, Fran has over 30 years experience in the field of early childhood education both in the public and private sector. Fran and her husband Bryant have owned the Wayne location since 2001 and the Royersford location since 2015.

• Beth

  Ms. Beth joined us in August 2015 as our Lead Toddler teacher. Ms. Beth has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College, and has over 18 years of experience working with young children. In 2010, Ms. Beth was awarded the Terri Lynn Lykoff "National Child Care Teacher of the Year" award, and was also named Teacher of the Year in 2004 at the Royersford YMCA where she previously worked. Ms. Beth is a natural in the classroom and brings her patience and positivity into our classrooms each day. In addition to her classroom responsibilities she, assists administration with their duties in the evenings to close the school.

• Melina

  Ms. Melina has a Bachelor's degree in History and Education from Cabrini College. She has her PA Private Academic Teaching Certificate in Nursery/Kindergarten education as well as her Principal certification for private schools. Melina has over 10 years of teaching experience in the classrooms as well as previous experience in administration. Ms. Melina is incredibly creative and looks forward to preparing our young learners for the world beyond preschool.

• Tammy

  Ms. Tammy has over 12 years of experience working with young children and achieved her Child Development Associate credential in 2007. Ms. Tammy began working with us in 2014, teaching our older toddler children. Ms. Tammy now serves as our Assistant Director, performing various administrative duties as well as supporting the teachers in the classrooms

• Brittany

  Ms. Brittany is one of our teachers in our Preschool Classroom.groups. Ms. Brittany has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery Community College, and has worked with young children for the last 6 years. She brings her knowledge and patient demeanor into our Preschool classroom, and looks forward to helping the children develop their independence and have fun at school.

• Cedricka

  Ms. Cedricka joined our teaching team after moving into the area from Florida, and has worked with us for the past year. Ms. Cedricka enjoys working with all ages, and recently led our School Age summer camp program after acting as a lead teacher in our Preschool 2/Pre-K 1 classroom this past year. Ms. Cedricka has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from University of Cincinnati and has been working with young children for over 13 years. She really enjoys reading stories to her students and giving them new opportunities for growth, and looks forward to preparing our Pre-K students for their next endeavors.

• Kylie

  Ms. Kylie joined us last year and acted as lead teacher in multiple classrooms, including Kindergarten, Pre-K 1 and Pre-K. Ms. Kylie has a Master's degree in Differentiated Instruction from Gratz College, a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from East Stroudsburg University and a PA Private Academic Teaching Certificate. Ms. Kylie has been working with children for over 13 years with experience in both private and public school classrooms. She will prepare our Kindergarteners for life beyond our school through an individualized and exciting curriculum.

• Lisa

  Ms. Lisa N. has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University, as well as a PA Private Academic Teaching certificate in Early Childhood Education. She has worked for Goddard for over 17 years, and was one of the first teachers the school owner hired at her first Goddard School located in Wayne, PA. Ms. Lisa brings her warmth and patient demeanor into our PreToddler classroom as the lead teacher.

• Amanda

  Ms. Amanda works with our young Preschoolers in our Preschool 1 classroom as the Assistant Teacher. She has over 2 years of experience working with various age groups, and is working towards an Associate's degree in Liberal Studies/Education from Montgomery County Community College. She has a 3-year Art and Digital Design certification from Western Montgomery Career and Technology Center. Ms. Amanda loves to engage in art activities with her young learners and read stories to them!

• Ashley

  Ashley is currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Apprentice Program where is able to apply her skills as an assistant teacher toward a degree in Early Childhood. She currently works with Brittney in our Preschool Classroom.

• Elba

  Elba is one of our Get Set (2's) teachers. She has worked with children for the past 14 years, in both a school and home setting. Elba has her CDA and loves working with our young learners.

• Harjender

  Harjender has been with the Infant Room since the school’s opening in 2014. She has over eight years of experience working with children in both India, and the United States. Ms. Harjender holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from India, and has completed multiple college Nursing courses. In addition, Harjender has her Child Development Certification for infants.

• Victoria

  Ms. Victoria (Tori) joined our teaching team last year to act as an Assistant Teacher in our two-year old classrooms, and has a little over one year of experience as a classroom teacher. She will act as one of the Lead Toddler Teachers this year. Ms. Tori has a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from The State University of New York, Buffalo, where she also competitively played softball. She brings her great energy and eagerness into the Toddler classroom, and looks forward to having fun with the children and providing them with love and care each day.
